A complete custom review · $1,997

Before you change anything, understand what is actually wrong.

We review how clients discover your salon, what they see outside and inside, how the website and booking system guide them, what your marketing is doing, and how the prices, services and calendar work once they arrive. You receive a direct analysis of what should improve, what should stay, and a practical 90-day order for the work.

Prepared for your salon

Cleo Vane

No generic
salon playbook

The recommendations are based on your city, physical location, target client, online booking path, current marketing and operating numbers. A salon in a busy downtown block should not receive the same plan as a neighborhood studio.

What the team examines

We start with the business clients actually see.

1

The salon outside and inside

Send a clear photograph of the storefront and photographs of the interior. We look at the first impression, visibility, atmosphere and whether the physical experience supports the positioning you want.

2

The website and booking journey

We follow the route from finding the salon to choosing a service and booking it. Send the website and the booking-system link when it lives somewhere else.

3

Instagram, Pinterest and other social platforms

We review what you post, what a prospective client understands from it, where each profile sends people next and whether the content matches the services and clients you want.

4

How clients currently find you

Tell us whether bookings come from referrals, foot traffic, organic posts, paid ads, local partnerships or another source. We review the plan you have, not the plan a generic course assumes you have.

5

Services, pricing, costs and calendar

We review what you charge, what the work takes, which services drive the business, where the week has capacity and how clients rebook or drop away.

6

Your city, area and local competition

Pricing and client behavior differ by market. We use your city, neighborhood, service level and nearby alternatives instead of applying one national price list.

+

30 days of follow-up questions

Written and voice-note support while you begin implementing the plan, answered by the team that reviewed your material.

+

The working materials your plan requires

Revised wording, menu suggestions, client messages, tracking sheets or process documents are included when they support the recommendations made for your salon.

The process

You send the context once. We do the analysis.

Your intake

Upload the business as it exists now

Photographs, links, service information, business numbers and a short explanation of how clients currently find you.

Within two working days

Receive the first priority

We send the issue we believe deserves attention first, with enough explanation to understand why it comes before everything else.

Within seven days

Receive the complete Breakdown

The full diagnosis, prioritized 90-day plan and supporting materials arrive together, by email.

The important distinction: this is not a bundle of generic files. The plan begins with the material you send and only includes recommendations that make sense for your salon, market and location.

The Paid-For-Itself Guarantee.

Follow your 90-day plan — publish the menu changes, use the scripts, complete the reviews. If your tracked numbers haven’t recovered at least the $1,997 cost of the Breakdown in new profit by day 90, we’ll continue working with you at no charge until they have.

The conditions aren’t fine print — they’re the behaviours that make the plan work. We’re guaranteeing what happens when you use it, not the document itself.

Implementation support.

Your plan includes 30 days of written and voice-note questions. If part of a recommendation is unclear, ask the team that created it instead of trying to interpret a generic instruction alone.

Business results still depend on your market and implementation. The commitment here is a custom analysis, a clear order of work and access to the reasoning behind it.

Do I need to be fully booked?

No. The Breakdown is equally relevant when the problem is empty chairs, weak local discovery, a website that does not convert, inconsistent rebooking, unclear positioning or pricing that no longer fits the business.

Do you recommend the same prices in every state?

No. Prices vary by city, state, neighborhood, operating costs, service level and positioning. Public template prices are examples only. Your review uses your own numbers and local context.

What do you need from me?

Photographs of the salon exterior and interior; links to the website, booking system and social platforms; the service menu and operating numbers; and a short explanation of how clients currently find you.

How is this different from the $179 Quick Menu Review?

The smaller review looks at one menu and three services. The Breakdown examines the whole client and business system, including location, storefront, website, booking journey, marketing, pricing, capacity and retention.

Can I ask a question first?

Yes. Email us your problem and we will respond within two working days. If we think you should not buy anything yet, we will say so.
