Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At CleoVane, we stand behind our work. We want you to be completely satisfied with your styling experience. If you're not, we make it right.

Outfit Engine Method ($499) — 7-Day Guarantee

Eligibility: Full refund available within 7 days of receiving your style plan delivery.

Process: Email support@cleovane.com with subject line “Refund Request - Outfit Engine Method” within the 7-day window.

Conditions: No conditions. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you receive a full refund.

Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Signature System ($2,400) — Outcome Guarantee

Eligibility: If you complete your intake, participate in at least one fit check, and don't end up with 30 outfits you'd confidently wear.

Process: We will continue revising your plan at no additional cost until you have 30 wearable outfits. If we cannot achieve this, you receive a refund of the difference between Signature and Outfit Engine Method pricing ($1,901).

Conditions:

  • Must complete full intake (photos, measurements, questionnaire)
  • Must participate in at least one fit check review
  • Must provide feedback on recommendations for revision process

VIP Concierge ($9,800) — 48-Hour Alignment Check

Eligibility: Full refund available within 48 hours of receiving your first Direction and First Cart delivery.

Process: If after reviewing the first deliverables you feel we're not aligned on vision and direction, email within 48 hours for a full refund.

Conditions: Refund amount is full payment minus the cost of any items already purchased on your behalf. Any items purchased become yours to keep.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made outside the specified guarantee windows
  • Incomplete intake submissions (photos/measurements not provided)
  • Change of mind after guarantee period has elapsed
  • Third-party purchases (items bought from retailers based on recommendations)
