Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CleoVane's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CleoVane provides virtual personal styling services including but not limited to:

  • Style analysis and consultation
  • Curated outfit recommendations
  • Shopping lists with direct purchase links
  • Video fit check audits (for applicable tiers)
  • Ongoing styling support (for applicable tiers)

3. Service Tiers

Outfit Engine Method ($499)

Includes 10 ready-to-buy links, 15 outfit combinations, and personal style rules. 72-hour turnaround from intake completion.

Signature System ($2,400)

Includes 60-look outfit library, full capsule plan, done-for-you shopping carts, 2 video audits, and 30 days of support. Application required.

VIP Concierge ($9,800)

Includes everything in Signature plus unlimited video audits (8 weeks), weekly outfit drops, full closet audit, and 12-month seasonal refresh. Application required.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during intake
  • Submit required photos and measurements in a timely manner
  • Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Purchase items at your own discretion (we provide recommendations only)

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at time of purchase or application acceptance
  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • No refunds are issued outside of stated guarantee terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology (including The Outfit Engine Method™), and materials provided are proprietary to CleoVane. You may use delivered materials for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

CleoVane provides styling recommendations only. We are not responsible for:

  • Final purchase decisions made by clients
  • Quality or fit of items purchased from third-party retailers
  • Changes in product availability or pricing from retailers
  • Any damages arising from use of our recommendations

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
